Be extra careful once you hit 100+ days of nofap...

    I have seen many people here relapsing after 100 days here. Their goal is usually 90-100 days and once they reach there, they tend to become laid back and expect there would be no cravings or withdrawals but strong, abrupt cravings may arise after 100 days. You have to stay extra vigilant because one day you may be feeling great and may feel you are cured and the next day, withdrawals can overwhelm you. I am going through some strong withdrawals right now as well. I relapsed after 124 days last year and would hate to repeat the same mistake again this year.

    Do you have an experience working out/weight training/sports for a consistent amount of time while in a flatline/depression related to withdrawing?

    I've never been on a long enough streak to flatline, so I have no clue if intense physical exercise would help a flatline or not.

    I don't workout at the moment. I came back a few days ago from a meditation retreat. That helped a lot but yeah I use to workout everyday and that made a huge difference. Flatlines come and goes; if you worry too much about them, they will look like bigger problems than what they really are. Working out hard, meditation, socializing etc are the key to stay motivated during flatlines.
