Some people in my life helped me to see that being proud of myself is so much more effective than being disappointed. This is my method of changing...restoring trust, love, and confidence with myself. So everyday I am gonna be proud of myself for 10 things because I sure as hell have spent enough time being disappointed in myself.
I would love to see other people's lists of what they're proud of themselves for!

    1. I went to all of my classes today.
    2. I went to the store to buy candy and decided I don't need candy.
    3. I worked on my paper.
    4. I made my bed this morning! (I never ever make my bed)
    5. I took trash out of my car instead of leaving it in my car.
    6. I woke up at like 7:30 and my first class starts at 9 (it takes less than 10 minutes to walk to)
    7. I expressed to someone that I was feeling sad instead of burying my emotions.
    8. I brought a cup to the dining hall to fill with coffee instead of buying coffee
    9. No PMO in a few days!
    10. I made this list :)

    7. I didn't finish my tin of mints! (I can down those things like its no one's business...)
    8. I took all the dishes off of my desk and washed them.
    9. I told a friend about noFap, it's kinda awkward to talk about in public btw...
    10. I ran a good while today for the fun of it.

Hey... I like this idea. I'm gonna write 10 things I did yesterday, as I have still much to do today. (different time zone)

    1. I woke up early in order to go to the doctor
    2. Even though I got lost on my way there, I didn't panic and managed to easily get back on track.
    3. I told the doctor about all of my health problems
    4. Earlier I let some parents with a kid to go to the doctor before me even though it was my turn.
    5. I realized how amazing it is to know English on a level that enables me to speak it fluently (I'm not a native english speaker)
    6. I did my workout even though it was about 12 AM
    7. I also took out the trash in the midnight
    8. I sent the obligatory exams to my teacher

Wow, it is incredible how well you write English even though it's not your first language! That is very impressive. Great list.

I don't know, I'm proud of the little things in life..

    - That I woke up in the morning
    - That I wasn't triggered by Youtube/Facebook/Instagram or any other social media to search for porn
    - That I started to take control of my emotions
    - That yesterday I had the courage to speak with this girl (who I find really attractive but she doesn't know) without stuttering or feeling awkward about myself [a huge achievement for me and all thanks to NoFap]

Great thread idea @livingconqueror! We need more daily threads like this that help us keep ourselves in the right mindset.

    1. I began the process of getting up earlier and more efficiently.
    2. I took care of many household chores I could have put off for another day.
    3. I meditated first thing in the morning instead of putting it off.
    4. I reinforced my determination to get back to my reboot by engaging with the community on here.
    5. I did not waste any time on YouTube today.
    6. I was proactive about having good, healthy meals (I often undereat)
    7. I got back to writing in my dream journal as I'm trying to get back into lucid dreaming
    8. I got outside on a long walk.
    9. I cleaned my dirty exercise equipment so I can use it again.
    10. I wrote some letters I've been needing to write.

I guess we all have anxiety over different things. Most of the things you listed I assume are activities done alone, which I think is very brave because I really hate being alone.

Not bingeing after relapse I feel is harder than not relapsing. Its so easy to think "I already broke so I may as well go full speed ahead" but it is the worst feeling ever. So good job! That's awesome and definitely something to be proud of
