I endured the tough days but these good days when you don't have any withdrawals/urges and you are feeling great and that is when you let your guard down and the unexpected happens. The mind does an amazing job of making us think "you are almost cured" and "you are tough enough to watch whatever you want" but this is when the process of relapsing starts. Be extremely cautious of these good days as it doesn't take long for them to turn into disaster.

you are definitely right. I. Most often relapse on a "good" day because I let my guard down. Every day is a battle and we should treat it as such.
So true. I have tended to relapse during the periods that I forget I am addicted to PMO. So I try to keep it in the back of my mind. Specifically.....I ponder the negative affects and pain pmo causes.
