You don't know how encouraging your post has been for me today. I feel a lot better. I am going to take your advice and sleep during the day. My energy has picked up a bit but still not to my usual level.

 

3 of 26 A brighter day. Better energy and feeling just a little bit more optimistic. Fogginess is certainly lifting.

 

That’s in the bible too. Don’t give beggars some coins on a busy square where everyone is watching, to show how much of a good person you are. Do it in a quiet place where nobody is watching but God. It’s about your intentions and not about what others see and think.

And I’m not even a religious person, but the semen retention has given me lots of wisdom and also noticed some of the wisdom that’s in the bible.
