    Reached 12 days then broke my streak just now. I'll work hard at rebuilding what I've gained. I had many extreme urges in the last couple days to P and/or M but the thought of my nofap streak was keeping me strong enough through it all until right now. Funny how hard it is to remember or care about your "why" sometimes when the urges are so strong. Not going to let this turn into a binge.
