447/730 days no PMO, semen retention
Day 42 Life without porn and fapping is oh so wonderful.
19/21 so close!
Proud I’ve got this far.
I am talking about marrige to some of the prospective matches these days. I will turn 31 this year. Thinking about marrige could not have been possible without NoFap. It is really important to get rid of PMO 100% before I go ahead for this life long commitment.
448/730 days no PMO, semen retention
Yesterday, I had a slight sexual urge which I managed to get through;
I haven't been getting any sexual urges today, but my testicles have been feeling uncomfortable (it started this afternoon). It isn't painful, but has been distracting. Is this normal to experience this during the recovery? Is there anything I need to do about it?
20/21 So close!
Fell for that thing again yesterday, it was really bad and toxic.
My goal is to go 90 days PMO free to demonstrate to myself that I am in control. Actually, when I started this 72 days ago, I intended that at day 90 I must not return to pornography so I do not fall back into this trap.
I must say been having a rollercoaster of emotions these days; some very high and some very low.
And have also had some very intense dreams of a sexual nature I never had before.
And this is just my brain saying PMO, but dearest brain, no PMO for you.
My longest was just over 90 days of no PMO. It was the most disciplined, clear headed and motivated I've ever in my life.
The beginning of this year, I started slipping up and eventually continuously relapsing a few times a week.
Haven't been able to get back to that state since.
Looking to quit for life, of course, but I'd like to get to 100 days.
Glad to see you back here posting
I've experienced some discomfort on a couple of occasions in my testicles after going abstinent for a couple of days after a relapse. After a day or two, it usually disappears. Just observe and see. It might be nothing as the organs may be trying to recover from sexual exhaustion. If it persists then you can take the necessary medical action.
