Thanks for sharing this! I will also look into restraint bias as I know that this is something I do all of the time. It all starts in the mind. Controlling those thoughts or not letting them control us is the key to recovery. Thanks for taking the time to respond and for your encouragement. I’ve been down the past few days as is customary with a relapse but I’m still here and I’m still committed to learn and grow and support along the way. Take care my friend and keep up the good work!
