2/129 After 2 weeks of PMO, weed and junk food im feeling like shit. Today i went to a yoga session, its been a month since the last time. Now that i get out the rabbit hole i notice the damage i made to my body, especially on my breathing, my lungs are tired. But thats ok, been there, the first week after beeing on the dark side is pretty rough, tomorrow i will feel better than today
