Another day has passed and I am doing well. I'm proud of my fellow streak busters for doing well. Nearly at 33% of the challenge complete.

As for me, if you're not following my personal journey, my Mother in law was put on hospice care in the last week of August. Then she lost her fight to cancer on Aug 30th.

Yesterday was her Rosary. Today is her mass and Funeral. It is tough times but I will not yield.

Amidst the struggles I had a few days of acting out and with it have up my longest streak of 35 days. I recovered from the relapse on the 1st and am still going strong. New energy lights my path. Whatever troubles come your way I hope you turn to light and not darkness.

Recall upon the tactics that worked for you to reach 60+ days. That's no small feat. You have the skills and will be much stronger when you do reach that window again. You've got this.

 

If I can recall that 65 day span, I forced myself to new situations every single day such as socializing, public speaking, cold showers, etc... so I’ll get right on that. Thank you for reminding me of my past successes, you have no idea how determined you made me feel, well I was determined before already but now I am truly committed to finding my way

And I’m sorry for your loss man, I hope you succeed in your journey as well

11/35. Momentum building. Porn no longer on my mind at all again. Learning to live within my wife's emotional boundaries and be considerate to her is now the name of the game.
