Been there with quitting smoking as well as pmo, it's a strange phenomenon. It feels so bad losing all that hard work you put in and it feels so real. Glad you've still got your streak. And btw, wow! Two years streak is amazing. Even your current streak is more than double my own best record. Congrats and keep going!
