  1. I've seen alot of this mentality in my years here including a deep struggle personally with it myself. I feel that porn addiction ties intimately with feelings of self worth and loathing so I want to post this just as much for myself as for others.

    - Perfection isn't necessary to improve, humans are not perfect
    - Self degradation isn't helpful in the long run, pay attention to self-talk
    - Every minute we stick to a conviction is a minute not spent feeding addiction, that is worthy of praise!

    Even if we stumble, even if we have bad moments. The goal is always improvement. Every single person in this community should be proud that they are actively working to become better versions of themselves.


    This isn't a destination it's a journey. Be good to yourself
