Becoming even more addicted to porn

After attempting to begin nofap and abstain from porn, my desire for sex increased massively, I would crave a more intense dopamine high which eventually lead to me relapse multiple times. Avoiding PMO made me develop fetishes and enjoy more extreme genres of porn. I also became addicted to audiosex such as hands free orgasm & erotic hypnosis audio's. The more you watch porn the more you will need in order to get that dopamine high. Binging leads to a higher want for that sexual pleasure feeling. So if you ever relapse make sure to keep yourself away from binging because it will only make the problem worse
