I'm assuming you mean B12. Most omnivores have a B12 deficiency. EPIC FAIL

 

I haven't eaten meat for 4 years (not for ethical reasons). I sometimes eat fish. But I eat lentils and oatmeal with raisins every day. I have never done any tests to see what is my status on vitamines. But one thing I think I feel is that I am a little bit weaker. But probably that is because I sit all day at PC at monotone work, and feel emotionally numb, I don't know.
