    Hey fellow Fapstronauts,

    My name is NG, I just turned 32, 3 days ago and I've been PMO'ing for as long as I remember. I've made several efforts to stop it but I've never been successful for more than a couple of weeks. I hope this community can hold me accountable for it and I can finally feel better about myself without pmo.
