Been trying for almost 4 years

    Hey guys , hope y'all doing well . So I've been trying to quit for 4 years and trying to get to a better life , not gonna lie this year was better than the last ones but I still can't reach 90 days , always get stuck on day 40 to 50 and can't go higher , anything I can do better or any tips especially from people who have done this journey. Any advice would really help me. Thank u everyone

    When the triggers hit, associating it with only to get a release later in a possible situation. Why can't we think in the other way? It's an addiction, but in a recovery we should think in other way.
