Hello all!
Male, 22yrs. Started my no PM journey on May 5th because of an incident where I had a hard time maintaining an erection while having sex. I wondered if P was impacting, so I decided to stop. I used to MO 4x a day average. Went to O’ing once every 3 weeks always with a girl.
As I started, decided to get a checkup of my hormone levels, just to be sure.
1st test: May 5th
534ng/dL
2nd tst: Jul 29th
532ng/dL
Normal levels: from 270ng/dL to 1070ng/dL
As you can see, I had absolutely no change in my hormone levels. At day 84 I’m already feeling 100% reeboted. My erections happen and are maintained effortlessly, libido is great and urges are under control. Obviously all within realistic spectations (don’t expect to turn into a sex machine). Also I think that having sporadic sexual encounters helped enormously my brain to rewire and start perceiving a partner as something to be turned on, not a screen.
Never felt any differences in my mood, never felt any more or less energy, also never felt any more or less focused. My social side was also not impacted at all. Didn’t feel more confidence or lack of confidence etc etc etc... Basically I was myself, but as I rebooted my body functioned way better on sexual encounters, which was my goal.
I will continue with no PM, as I saw GREAT results, but didn’t see the massive “performance increase” in my social relations.
