Welcome Raf. :) Here is a good starting point - understanding the science behind addiction and the inexorable decline into salacious sex scenes that degrade and disgust us, yet, titillate and tempt us to return for more. What a mess! :(

I am looking for a time period to get my normal libido back. I think about sex a lot like porn sex not intimate sex. I will try to be abstention until my thoughts become more intimate. More like before porn. And I could stop thinking about sex and get on with my life.

I'd say create distractions for yourself and indulge in hobbies you love in order to keep these thoughts at bay. In time, your brain will start appreciating your hobbies more and would stop being active around "porn sex". Always look out for your triggers and try to avoid them as much as possible.

Today is 5th day. So far i haven't watched porn or gone to any tube site, despite my mind continuously asking me to. Finished 4 books. But the outside world is not helping. Is it okay to fantasize about woman i see on the street or advertisement. Need help guys. If i understand these fantasies are normal then it might help me a lot.
