Hey Guys! I'm a personal trainer and I've been training for the last 5 years. This is meant to be a beginning bodyweight workout for people who are looking for somewhere to start and don't want to go to a gym but are looking for results. It's not meant to be a complicated program, especially for someone just starting out, it's more important to be consistent with the fundamentals and principles of movement than it is to do complex movements or automatically go for heavy weights. Not to say that there's anything wrong with heavy weights (I definitely prefer to do that myself and work towards that with clients), but building your confidence, perfecting technique, and enjoying the process of exercising will go a long way in keeping you healthy and striving for more! If you do the program and feel like some of the reps aren't enough or are too much, feel free to adjust to what you can do! No one is the same so this is meant to be a guideline for you to make your own. That's why I balance it out with other anti-extension and anti-rotational exercises.
