Well, here are my tips (hope they help you):

    - First, gather more information about NoFap and about what the problem with porn is (yourbrainonporn.com is a great place to start). You need to be clear about boundaries and things you absolutely cannot do during your journey.
    - Second, Make a fully committed decision about whether you want to go into NoFap or not. I think it is necessary to go 100% sure NoFap is the right choice, especially when your brain/emotions will be against it
    - Take action: not watching porn nor touching yourself are both things you probably do often, so quitting both will surely leave a void. Something will be missing and you need to incorporate new habits (or new hobbies or simply a different mindset) to stay clean after the initial period of NoFap.
    - Be ready for setbacks: You don't need to beat yourself up over a relapse but you do want to take it as a learning experience (why did I relapse? What can I do to prevent another relapse?). Remind yourself its just one relapse and there is no need to make matters worse by binge-ing in more porn afterwards.
