I am 27 years old rebooting male from Iberian Peninsula (actual Spain). I have been cleen for 13 days from POM. Despite casual fantasies during the day and four nocturnal emissions, I am progressing quite well. I have to eliminate these thoughts and reduce the food intake at night.

I have been pursuing sexual continence since 22 years old, but failed once every three months. My most successful period was during 1-2 years that I was on fundamenal catholicism. After leaving behind those ideas, the foundations for my sexual continency scrumble upon a little. I get causal releapses once every month, but without failing into porn. But during the last two months I have fallen to that dark side again: I have been edging nearly every day (losing a lot of precum), watching porn and even masturbating. I feel ashamed about having fallen to this degree of corruption and incontinence.

I started Sunday 15th of October to regain control of myself again, and I am regaining the natural human pride little by little. I see now how important is to have clear ideas about what you are pursuing sexual continence and what you want to do when you achieve a succesful reboot. Your ideas, your motivations and expectations, are the very foundation of rebooting.

  2. @SpartanViking ,

Hey - welcome back to NoFap. Don't think of it as starting from zero. Think of it as having been out there and done some research. The research normally shows people that pmo will kick their butts.

Glad you are back. Please journal and keep us up to date.

Thanks @StopTheMusic for the nice welcome. I can't help myself in thinking that I am starting from zero, especially in regard to the body. But you are right that the research that I have done in the last fall (relapse) is of great value. When you get up after falling, your will become stronger.
