    Thanks dude! That requires me to start the counter again and as much as I would love to join, these first three days have been hard enough. I am in this for the first 14 days which I have already started. May be next one though

    NOTE: This is not a post that is trying to get pitty or make people feel sorry for me, this is just my form of diary so its a good way to get things off my chest (which i believe is a very healthy thing to do)

    Well... 5 days in and I'm feeling like shit. Its such a nice day outside and I have no idea what to do with myself. This is not usual for me. Usually I will find any reason to go outside, even if it is just for a drive. This is probably because of a few reasons. Lack in motivation, feeling a little bit down, got a lot going on and feel like its all weighing down on me right now... I know this is just temporary but its still shit.

    On the other, Its been 5 days since I last PMO'd... Im feeling great about that! I have definitely had more than my fair share of thoughts, and ideas but I am making sure I keep myself in control of any triggers I can control and those I can't when I come into contact with that I manage to take myself out of that situation. It hasn't been easy but I can be very competitive soI am using that day counter to try and get as high as I can.

    Get this shit done!

    Well I had a pretty good today! I am getting stronger at stopping myself from looking at triggers again. I was looking through my instagram and saw a trigger post, looked at it for about a second then realised what I was doing and unfollowed them completely.. Hopefully this can compare to other aspects of my life soon as well. My only issue is watching movies. I feel like anything will set me off right now. I want to watch a good movie but if I choose a movie with too many trigger it could mean a relapse..

    Well you've made it half way! Well done! I'm also trying the 14 day challenge. At least I was, but since it's the start of a new month I'm just gonna try and have a PMO free October :)

    Half way through!

    I am not going to lie.. Last night was a close one! I struggled last night. Struggle to keep my mind off sex, struggled to sleep, and struggle with my own urges. I kept thinking that Ive only made it halfway through and I am already finding it this hard to keep my urges under control, how am I going to feel throughout this next half? I nearly failed! I came here and read a few stories, searched through the threads and read any information I could find and I got through it!

    Now onto the second half! Which i am definitely not looking forward to....

    well today is the first day of my challenge i think the week is going to be challenging for me as i have not abstained from porn for more than a week.....But everyone feels it for the first time......Im up for the challenge for 2 weeks

    Don't try to look at it as one big 14 day stretch. Try to tackle it in small chunks and keep occupied. My hardest parts are at night a) because thats when I usually PMO, just before bed and b) There isn't anything to occupy myself so my mind wonders... You've got this!
