    Hello Everyone,
I'm in the 4th day of nofap.
    I'm a married 31 yr old guy.
I've been watching porn and fapping since I'm 16. Now I'm desperate to get rid of this evil habit. I've lost so much of myself due to this habit. I have decided to have strong 90 days challenge. A biggest question for which I need an answer is in this period if my partner wants to make love to me and if so I do does it mean reset? Could somebody clear this because I cannot withstand the duties of a husband.

Hey Man, congrats on joining, newbie here as well just joined the community. Ive been married 16 years and have been fapping since I was probably 12 years old. I stopped for 6 years when I first married but then it just got the best of me and now 10 years later its consuming my life, my marriage my finances. This is just my opinion on your ask about making love with your partner, love is definitely different than porn. In my opinion working on that love making, relationship and intimacy with your partner will hopefully help and not trigger the addiction. I can see how it certainly can trigger because for me, its always about wanting more, sticking and moving to find the next level of sex that I can have with someone different. Stay strong my friend. Keep up the fight and don't let it consume your marriage and hopefully your partner understands what your going through.
