I always relpase under 3 days hard mode and I've been on NoFap for over a year, how do you people get so far? I just relapsed.

You must really prepare yourself to it.

For my first 35-day-streak, I was really good prepared. And then I ran, 35 days, like running for my life.

It's important that you change multiple aspects in your life.
Get a daily routine. Sports. Meet friends. Healthy food.
All that is super-important.

And above all, focus on a precise goal.
For example, you want to pass an exam in 35 days.
Then hold this goal above you like a lodestar.

Visualize all that. Make a plan. Take your time for preparation.

And then start.

Hey, guys, I'm happy such a community exists; when I first started this habit I thought it was affecting my performance in everything then I came to terms that it's a natural process and it's the same as having sex. But as time went by I still feel that my performance weakens when I do it. I want to know if this really has any bad effects on health and where's the proof on this? Isn't it just like having sex? Why is there no evidence anywhere of its unhealthiness? Thank you.

Well I don't know any of the science behind it, but when it's with a person, you share the energy, when you jerk it, you completely waste it.

His response was positive and optimistic, which is good in some ways, bad in others. There are people who go through flatline for over a year.

It depends on a lot of factors. How long we PMO'ed. How badly we beat the shit out of our body and brains even when PEID started to show up.

It's better to expect a long hard road, and be pleasantly surprised if you see positive results sooner.

I quit porn several years ago, I been trying to quit some p-subs and masturbation again, even if I don't need it, to clean up some things. and you really motivate me to go 90 shorts days with out masturbation!!!!

I seriously doubt all of those "super powers" came only from not fapping.

Either you did a lot more than only " stop fapping", or it's all a placebo effect.
