Hmm I think we all have days where we feel good and days when we feel bad. Sometimes things are out of our control. But choosing no pmo is in our control. When I choose not to I feel better and it's starting the day on a good note.

there is no specific period for rebooting, people are different in biology and are different in the damage they caused to the penis. there is an average days that was recommended for all people which is 90 days, now some people may start seeing results after 90 days or before, the signs of healing is strong hard morning wood almost everyday.

what I recommend is to stop thinking about days, just remember the first day you started to quit, go on and don’t calculate until you see those physical results besides the good mood and feeling that you’re alive.

read my thread “New treatment that during rebooting helps with recovery )

I only get the visual side of migraines, and very infrequently, so I cannot help with that.

More energy for me comes from two things, more sleep and less stress. Giving up porn (for me) goes hand in hand with more sleep. There are two sides to that: firstly I know that staying up late working is a time when I find it more difficult to resist porn, and so I avoid that scenario now, and secondly now that I don't spend endless hours loosing all sense of time edging to porn it is much easier to get an early night. Having a good exercise regime helps too, as does cutting way down on caffeine.

Less stress is harder. I had hoped that stopping porn would remove my procrastination and stop me stressing about work. That hasn't happened. But the psychological tools I've had to develop in order to stay sober do help me reflect on my stresses, so in an indirect way giving up porn has helped me deal with stress.

I'm not sure about euphoria, I need to think about that.

I think that youtubers need people to watch their videos, and they are totally unreliable, because they pump up the nofap results just to keep people watching their videos.

The truth is, NoFap does not give you superpowers or shit like that, and it's a long process, you need a year to recover.
    That's the harsh truth.

  8. I also don’t believe you get superpowers. You maybe get a better self-esteem, less shaming because of no more over usage of PMO. You can become who you were before your addiction. Your brain needs to get used to less dopamine but in the end your body will react in a normal state.

I do believe that being a Fapstronaut has one advantage. When you can overcome your addiction you are able to overcome heavy things (for example: feeling unhappy, bad self-esteem) people here share succes stories and nofappers may read things like emotional intelligence or how to stop the shame and change their mindset.

Can people with heavily porn desensitized brain develop an EQ? It almost feels impossible...at least for me.

  10. I don’t think at the moment, but I do believe when rebooting becomes successful and when you learn from your previous life. It is never too late to change but it won’t be easy :)

Jym carrey is out of his mind and quite confused, like many people who take spiritual paths, they convince themselves, in their minds, of many things they never see in reality.
You should never rely on people in that state, they think they are enlightened, but they are just depressed and crazy.
