    I have been constantly stuck in a process of relapsing after around 4/5 days for over a year now , but recently, I changed my attitude when I was so tired I was just laying in Bed for nearly 1 hour and a half after my alarm went off.

    I was using up all my energy fapping, which made me so lothalgic and demotivated. But, I have gone to the gym for an hour every day for the last week and feel so much better.

    Honestly, going to the gym is probably the best way to release the energy stored inside you. I am by no means a gym person, but this has made me feel so much more energised and motivated to get things done- I've gone first thing in the morning which really sets the tone for the day .

    Great move going to the gym! I also do my best to wake up very early and go to the gym first thing, I agree that it does set a nice, productive tone for the rest of the day. Keep up the routine, you'll break out of your 4/5 day relapse cycle in no time.
