    Yo!

    I made myself a crazy dope playlist for my initial 90 days of no PMO. Some of the music is designed to help get me through urges, while some is for gym/motivation for the rest of the day's tasks if anyone wants me to share I will! Also, what kinda music do you guys like to listen to to get through hard stages, if any?

    I don't really listen to music. I rather just get busy with life and meditate. There's a good book called deep work.

    I want to know about musics you listen, so please share them.
