Best self help YouTube channel

I like healthygamergg personally, he's an experienced psychiatrist that is still sort of young enough to understand modern issues surrounding the internet, video games, porn(not really his focus but he does mention it sometimes) etc. He really breaks things down in a way that helps you understand yourself which is the most important thing imo, not necessarily telling you "this is how things are and why they are for every person, and here's how to solve it". I also like charisma on command for social skills, athlean x for fitness, and precision striking to improve my boxing. And its a bit corny, but sometimes all the help I need at a certain time is a good laugh and distraction, so I keep some funny reactor youtubers in my subscriptions.
