    Hello guys i want to ask when is the best time to have sex on my reboot without messing my brain,some guys say that is not good for my brain to have sex because i will have a very long flatline in the future,and some say that if i have sex it will help me to recover, so i should wait for 90days and then have sex? Or i can have now before the 90 days?

    Ive been having sex during my entire nofap journey of 7 weeks now. It has not affected my abilities in a negetive way. So id say its whatever you are comfortable with.
