Best Underwear for NoFap

Guys,
What is the best underwear to wear for NoFap?
Basically, what style is best for not creating sensations that might make you tempted to masturbate? Boxers? Briefs? Boxer briefs? Commando??? Other options?

*Ladies, you have options as well. Feel free to weigh in on this thread or start your own.

My thoughts:

Personally I tend to go with boxer briefs for comfort. It seems like the best compromise.

Boxers - are tempting as they would give more freedom and might be the healthier option, but I am wearing them today and have been troubled with how much sensation I have felt with everything free to move about.

Briefs - Too restrictive, too warm. Not ideal for testosterone production.

Commando - Perhaps better for testicular health (not restrictive) but less hygienic and perhaps more risk of embarrassment in case of unwanted erections or emissions . . .

 

For me porn isn't that much of a problem (anymore, after about 7 years of working on it!) but from not doing M everything has gotten more sensitive. Things start bouncing around, moving around, whatever and the friction and sensations start to get to be a little too much.
My biggest problem is in my mind. I can get high anytime with fantasy. I can be going about my day doing just fine, but sensations from down there can trigger physical arousal. Once physical arousal sets in, then my mind starts jumping in with fantasy and it can get pretty dangerous.

Not sure how many other guys struggle with this, but I have had a lot of challenges while walking or exercising and have even ejaculated from it!

So, for me, finding the right underwear won't fix all of my problems, but maybe I can minimise it being part of what sometimes starts sending me down the rabbit hole!

So, I just looked into it. Apparently they are very hard to get a hold of and its a very sensitive subject for the LDS faithful.

No offence intended. I'm just looking for something that works!

 

It might sound like fun, but its happened to me six times this year and I'm telling you, its not. In the moment, I'm like fuck it, why not? Let's just get this over with. But afterwards it feels shameful, it can be very embarrassing, it's physically uncomfortable if you can't change right away and I feel the loss of energy that comes with a release.
Worse still is that it seems to be happening more and more frequently!
