Beware of Blue Light

    Hi Everyone,
    I have noticed how poor my sleeping habit was lately and have been reading how poor sleep can lead to depression diabities and low will power etc. So I have been working at this among other things.

    Anyway my slips usually occur at night on my tablet.. often going into the early hours. So trying to fix my sleeping pattern i remember reading no tablets, phones etc. but i wanted to read my mind was racing and I didnt feel like picking up my book... Then I had an idea, I put on polarized sunglasses then used my tablet (not for porn) and looked up if what i was doing helped. This is where i read about blue light below:

    Its amazing how bad it is.. and yes sunglasses block it so do some apps that dim your screen (but i find sunglasses work better)
    Its amazing just that night i found myself geting tired after an hour or so on the computer more than i have felt before.
    So sunglasses/dim screen for late night computer from now. Looking forward to better sleeps!!
