Beware of Hepatitis B

I will start this note on a positive note. I started nofap because of perceived PIED. Fortunately after several months (started in August 2016), I have been cured of PIED. I have rock solid erections that last for ages when having sex. Real women now turn me on, and I don't even think of watching porn anymore.

However, after my first month of no PMO, I had casual sex. At the time my PIED was partially healed I would say, as I had fulfilling sex, but I still had porn fantasies. Over the course of the next months, I started to shed of the shackles of porn fantasies and simply enjoy the sexual experience. One key to doing this in my opinion is to just be in the moment and not really think about anything else.

All this experimentation with sex was of course all through casual sex. Now for the unfortunate part of the story; I have been diagnosed with Chronic Hepatitis B (a leading cause of liver cancer) which I contacted sexually. Now chronic means that I would have this disease for the rest of my life unless a cure has been found. While there are treatments for the disease, the dangers that it poses are enough to keep me worrying for a long time.

For example if I am to have a serious sexual relationship, the person has to be vaccinated, and I have to take extra care when I have children etc. The moral of the story is that the disease is dangerous and can really affect your life.

Therefore even if you are on NoFAP, please be careful with casual sex (as you find for ways of relieving sexual tension) and please get vaccinated for hepatitis B. I am letting all of you know, because I wish I knew that there was a vaccine for it before contracting it.

Good luck with NoFAP guys, it really cures PIED (I am living proof), but be careful with casual sex.
