Nofap can reverse it, it'll just take far longer. Think three years minimum instead of the talked-about 90 recovery period. Also, changing their life style, such as dating women, will help greatly as well.

This is way, way worse than hard drug addiction in more ways than one, and I've seen the nasty things hard drugs do to people. However, most people addicted to these drugs have at least have some of their dignity intact, especially their sexuality. This thing, however, destroys a person at the deepest level imaginable. No drug addiction in the world does this type of damage. I'm sure many would agree.
