Get a positive hobby. Try to exercise as much as you can. Rather than spending money on cam girl sites, spend it on your kid. You will feel much better if you do. Please delete all porn and porn bookmarks from all your devices. Delete the bookmark of that cam site too. There are support groups on Facebook and other sites that you can get involved with. I'm sure there is one for single dads. Might be something to look into. Develop your other interests. I highly recommend connecting with websites that are about personal improvement. Most libraries are open or partially open so you can get a library card and get some books to read. My wife likes murder mysteries. I prefer self-improvement books and some autobiographies. All of these are suggestions. If any help you, run with it. If not, find interests that you either are into or can get into that are positive. Good luck.

Congrats on getting started here! You're right with the hobby business, it took me a while to work that out, so nice one!
One thing I've been speaking to my counsellor about recently is purpose. What is my purpose in life? Like what is my long term goal? Hobbies tend to me short/medium term but a purpose is something to slowly work towards over a long period of time. I've been thinking about it for a week now and just jotting down a few ideas has made me feel better about life. I like the idea of working towards something that I want everyday and filling my time with it. Might be worth thinking about?
