Bigger penis? Rumors or true?

There are lots of good reasons to avoid porn and masturbation, but I simply do not believe it will affect the real size of one's penis. Realize that ones genitals normally get bigger and smaller for a variety of reasons. Any variation of size is likely connected to these other factors at play, perhaps with masturbation or lack of it triggering these factors.

So, technically, could there be some variation related to lack of fapping? Could be. But I wouldn't make too much of it, especially if you're not sure just why.

Sorry guys. PMO doesn't make your dick smaller, and no PMO doesn't make it bigger. Plain and simple, that's just not how dicks work. A body part doesn't grow longer or thicker based on use unless it's a muscle, and your penis isn't a muscle. Your dick will not grow once puberty ends, no matter your sexual habits. I'm not saying the people who claim bigger dicks from noPMO are lying, just that they are seeing a CORRELATION, not a CAUSATION. They are likely seeing:
1 - stronger erections. Obviously this will make your penis seem bigger, because it will technically be bigger, but your penis hasn't grown, it's just swollen with more blood.
2 - puberty. many guys going through NoFap are in their teenage years and their penis is just growing naturally. It's like the myth that shaving your legs makes the hair grow back thicker. that's not true, it just seems to be because girls start shaving their legs during puberty, which is when their leg hair thickens naturally.
3 - other body factors, like loosing weight thanks to a more active life-style, or trimming pubes to please their partner. both of which would make it look longer.
4 - normal changes in soft dick size. your soft size changes through the day based on temperature, level of movement and activity, slight levels of arousal, etc. So anyone saying they have noticed their "soft size" increase is likely just noticing it at better times.
5 - PLACEBO EFFECT. Their dick isn't actually bigger. But because they want to believe it is, and because someone told them it would be, their mind is tricking them into believing it is bigger.

Your dick will NOT grow or shrink because of PMO or because of no PMO. That's just not how the body works guys. Sorry.

Sorry to you man, for you dont believe that case. and What you dont believe, is what will never exist for you. It is not just facts. there is some unknow power in the universe which makes everything real for you when you think about it and believe it. There is no science behind that does not mean that, there will not ever be, that is not so important thing for scholars since its not such a big deal.

 

Mines definitely heavier in the balls for sure with even only for 5 days now. It’s noticeable.

When I was in my previous 150 day streak, definitely noticeable harder erections. My flacid penis was definitely bigger. I was amazed.

No it does not. However, it comes back to its normal size. Meaning since most people started masturbating since kids they never knew what a normal size is supposed to be. Now that its normal they think is big but it is not.. just normal size. It just feels big because with PMO it was always never at its full normal size.
