    Guys, this is stupid thing but I must know.
    I'm at 11th day on nofap. 4 days ago I couldn't hold out and I did anal masturbation. I never did that. I dont know why i did it. Properly I did it three times. But now I stop do this.
    And here is my question. I am proud of my score but dont know. Do I have start from scratch? Can I say that I am on 11th day or I am on 1 day because I did it.
    Please, tell me guys what you think anout it. I want to have clear conscience, dont want to lie myself.

    Reset your counter, but it's not a full relapse, you haven't lost everything unless you binge

    Thank you for you replyies. Now I have calm conscience.
    I'm trying do NoFap because at 6 June I must say something on conference. The audience wouldn't be big (40 persons) but I am nervous guy and sweaty when I must say something on front of a lot of people. I have hope that 13 days will be enough to achieve confidence.
