Blocking the internet

    I feel like the best thing for your NOFAP journey is to limit or cut the internet out of your life; this is mainly due to many triggers(and even p) on social media, youtube etc(YOU WONT die without it I promise ;) ) I do not hate social media or the internet, I feel that you should try and avoid any accidental exposure to triggers. Thoughts?

    hmm.............blocking internet and tv must be very difficult . because, now days it is kind of source of information .

    i think , we must find effective ways to get most of internet and tv.
