So, i' ve been 9 days into nofap. and since day 6 my right testicle has swollen incredibly as compared to the left one. It also hurts a lot on touching. On self-examining it more carefully, there's actually a painful lump on the top of my right testicle from where the vas deferens joins.
Now, i am confused should i fap? what if it is just blue balls and i fap in vain? You all guys here, have you experienced this?
I tried lifting a heavy weight this week, could it be related to that? Please tell me its blue balls! Ans yes i am experiencing low libido too. but man it hurts.
if its blue ball, when should i expect it to go?

If there is a lump you should see a doctor immediately for an ultrasound. If the ultrasound finds nothing then you know it’s blue balls.

Maybe I’m just a cynical guy. I really do wonder if half of these threads started are attempts to troll a bunch of people trying not to look at porn, jerk off and live a different life - as sick as that is to even think about.

Anyway, if anything you posted in that big ball of mess is even remotely true, you probably know that you should get a doctor to look at it. A lump found anywhere should be looked at immediately.
