Does anyone know of good books about how to deal with anger in a healthy way?

I've heard of a book called Overcoming Sinful Anger which has some mixed reviews. It comes from a Catholic/Christian perspective. From reviews I've read, it looks like it talks about some of the spiritual sides of anger; but is not as helpful when it comes to practical ways of dealing with anger.

Did you end up finding anything? I could use some help on this, too.

    Sorry, no books recommendation here.

If I am angry it means I haven't worked out hard enough that day.

    Hello
If your interested in Stoicism then you might want to take a look at On Anger by Seneca. You can Download it for free. I haven't read it myself though so you can take my advice with a grain of salt.

I asked for book suggestions in some Facebook groups but none of what was suggested sparked my interest, but I listened to some podcasts that were helpful.

    Here's what I found:

  8. Check this - this is not a book - this is possibility of experience of anger directly through live session
I did it and it was way more enriching that any book possibly written on subject of anger.
