Books about nofap and porn harm

    I find books about the harms of pornography very motivating. Also, reading them helps in especially difficult moments.
    I have read two: Gary Wilson, Your Brain On Porn and Phillip Zimbardo, Men Interrupted.
    Both highly recommended.
    What can you suggest to read?
