    It’s available on Amazon in Kindle version. I have the Kindle app on my phone. I downloaded to my phone and read it there.

    “The Porn Trap” was helpful and is also available on Amazon in Kindle version. But that book does have some triggers as it shares details of those that have struggled with the addiction.

    The book isn’t specifically about porn addiction, but it talks about infidelity, masculinity, and a lot about porn and how it affects both individuals and relationships. I believe it’s printed in Italian as well. It’s called “a state of affairs” by Esther perel
