    Here are my top picks for boosting your immune system, staying healthy, and feeling good (no particular order):

    1. Greens: especially spinach. Green supplements are awesome as well.
    2. Fresh garlic
    3. Fresh tomatoes
    4. Alpha Lipoic Acid (ALA)
    5. Berries: especially blueberries
    6. Anti-inflammatories: tumeric (curcumin), CBD oil
    7. Digestive Aids: probiotics, enzymes, apple cider vinegar
    8. Green Tea

    The important thing is to find what works for you.

    That's a very good list overall!
    But in order to enjoy optimal health and a super-strong immune-system, you also need to megadose vitamin-C daily (7-10 grams per day). Since vitamin-C also depletes from your body fast, you should also try spreading the dose quite evenly throughout the day as well. I promise you will feel and see an improvement in your health after no more than a week or so.
    The RDI-limits you see on various labels (90-110 mg) is a pure joke and might be enough to just prevent scurvy and several deficiencies but not much more. Goats for example (who can produce their own vitamin-C, just like most mammals), produce 12 grams per day in resting-mode.
    When fighting an infection or illness, they produce at least three times that amount!
