Bored and lonely

Me too had a day off today and I' watched maybe 15 minutes of porn due to boredem , think I may start planning my days and make a timetable so you have something to do throughout the day instead of letting you're mind think about porn

 

Try to see what really interests you. Try all kind of new things and maybe you will find something cool.
Get out of your comfort zone.

 

I could never really understand this saying. Why would anyone want to become uncomfortable?

 

If you want to be comfortable at every moment you will never challenge yourself. I don't mean you have to do things you don''t want to do. Just challenge yourself in a good way, in poitive habits. You will not be bored trust me.
