    Exercise. Even if it's just a little bit. Get your heart rate up, even if it's just slight. If you've been a stagnant couch potato, get up right now, and touch your toes. Reach up for the sky. Bend over and exhale. Stretch you'r limbs. Do one push up. Move you're head around in a swivel, nod yes and no. Feel you'r neck muscles move, how tight they are.

    Sit down on your butt, fold over toward your toes. Feel the stretch. Feel the blood flow. Notice you're breathing.

    Get up, walk over to a window. Look outside. See somebody. Smile.

    Get up, right now. Get a pair of socks on. Put on some shoes. Lace them up. Walk out the door. Get off this site. Walk out the door. The world's beautiful and it's waiting.
