On july 24 i started nofap challenge with 90 days in mind,I also bought boxers because i have never wore them ,I usually wear briefs but thought of doing something new.Ever since I didnt think of porn,women,orgasm or sex,and when if i did come across women in public or on television I just didnt think anything sexual,I was going strong,my mind was clean,I felt good,the last two days I had dreams where I had interactions with women which would have lead to a nightfall but even in my dreams I refused to go further,I was happy that maybe I can go 90 days without any emissions....but this morning I had an emission,so boxers dont work I guess but why did I had an emission,I mean yesterday I was searching for a movie torrent and went on an uploaders profile who had uploaded porn which i wasnt looking for and I tried browsing through the names to get to the movie i was looking for ,but i didnt go furhter ,the thought did crossed my mind but it didnt bothered me ,it was like" naahhh...maybe not" ,then at some point during the day,I also went on a female singers facebook profile page,no adult content or thoughts there as well ,I also remember listening to green day's "longview " which mentions a line "masturbations lost its fun" ....I slept and didnt think i would have a dream with a woman in it again and even if i did, I thought that by now I could control it but not this time,it happened so fast,but the positive side is ..I was having eye strains and some head ache but after the emission I feel no strain or head ache ,I am still going for 90 days and will continue to have a pure mind as well,but not sure what else i can do which is humanly possible to stop nightfalls........and I will continue boxers ,they are lose .
