Regardless of your age, you need to read this.
I used to frequent looking at soft porn on the internet for many years, maybe once every six weeks, but for many years.
I honestly have not looked at porn in over two years, because I knew it was causing brain fog, and it was difficult to be productive and alert and myself in my job and my life with the brain fog.
Now if this does not scare you, it should:
It has been two years since I have looked at any porn, yet in my mind whenever I have a thought that is provocative, I get severe brain fog. In an instant. One random thought, in one mili-second.
In my opinion it is because I conditioned my mind through looking at porn, and when I saw it, that would trigger the fog.
Now, I have not had a fog-free day in about three months. No exaggeration.
Please, if anyone knows of any type of nutrition or vitamin or medicine that is successful that I may be lacking or anything that causes the brain fog - other than looking at porn - please let me know.

  2. Although you gave up watching disgusting things, edging, masturbating, but inside you may want it badly. And you consider it 'normal nature' of humankind. You may get aroused even beside a person you never wanted to be with. And if you are in love with someone, it hurts so much. You don't want to be with him/her like an animal which loses control and does anything to satisfy only itself, not caring to the other party. It is objectifying the opposite sex.
And if you are in such situation, after masturbating you feel intense shame and regret like 'why am I such monster'. Because we are human beings, we should have empathy for others. Both sexes are human beings.
I think lust is not feeling, rather it is a belief formed for a long 'it is such an incredible pleasure that worths sacrificing anything, and not quitable'. No, it is not true. Remember times you managed it at least some period by all your heart; what a relief, what happiness it was.
When next urge wave come, pause a moment, don't be dissappointed, consider if it is what you wanted really, don't be slave your lust, listen to your heart, you can manage it, beacuse God created us with mind.

Anxiety or stress is one of the biggest causes of the collection of symptoms known as 'brain fog'. I know we here at NoFap like to brag that we beat brain fog through fapless streaks, but in the real world it is rarely as simple as that. I personally suffer from anxiety which is occasionally quite severe, and my brain fog varies widely day to day. It is not just a function of my day counter, I'm sorry to say.

It should also be noted that brain fog is one of those things that appears to worsen the more you think about it. This is just an illusion, of course, but a very difficult one to pierce. You could look into online anxiety tests to at least rule that out as a cause. If you aren't able to rule it out, then at least you have something to work on.
