brain fog

    can you guys give me advice to relieve or eliminate brain fog, because this is very disturbing so it is difficult to focus, concentrate, and learn

    Everything will get better if you stay clean but it will take time. How long depends on a lot of factors. Like how long and how intensely you used. And how dedicated you are to recovery.
     
  5. Diet is number one cause of brain fog.
    I wrote about this few times, brain inflammation generally causes brain fog. You can temporarily suppress it with anti-inflammatory supplements, like rasveratrol and curcumin in large doses.

    There are so many factors in your life that can cause brain fog so needless to say, it'll vary from person to person. PMO is a big one but you need to concentrate on more than just that alone. You need to concentrate on the fundamental things that make you healthy which is sleeping, eating, and exercising properly. My two cents on what I think is one of the most underrated thing people don't do is PROPER Meditation and writing in a journal such as a 5 minute journal for example.

    Brain fog completely drops off if you can make it to 50 days no PMO.

  8. If his brain fog is caused by food allergy he never knew exists, or heavy metal poisoning any number of days PMO free will not make any difference.

    Why would anyone want to guess, if you cant figure out the cause on your own, go to a medical professional. Do not play with your health.
     
  9. Regular exercise is a helpful tool as well. Boosts the immune system and gets the blood going.
     
  10. Exercise is the best. After about two weeks of running for most days of the week, you will notice how mentally sharp your brain will start to be.

    Time is the best healer I needed 5-6 months of monk mode to lift it, BUT you will surely need less. I was addicted before you were born. Here is the post I've made about brain fog in my journal and what helps to moderate it: -> Jun 19, 2019 but don't expect miracles. Be patient.

    I have had brain fog for as long as I can remember. Until a few months ago when I started to meditate. It is not that meditation itself made my brain fog disappear but It made so many changes in my life that have ended up improving the fog. I started to go to bed earlier and at the same time, for example.
    It appears from time to time but it is not as bad as it used to be in the past.
    Now I hope that with nofap it gets even better until disappear completely.
