    I,be started an app called brain buddy to give me exercises so that I can better combat my PM urges.
    $13 to buy but if you’re addicted and really need to stop... maybe it will help you.

    I used that app for a while last year. I can see how it would work for people. For me though, paying for that app and coming here weren’t needed. Just being here worked well enough for me.
