I am a 27 year-old male from the UK. I have been undergoing porn recovery for almost 2 years.

I am seeking a group of 2-3 British, determined men to form an accountability and support network. With the right people, this would extend to sharing internet histories and phone numbers, holding one another accountable for slip-ups.

    Group members ideally should:
    • Be well informed and convinced of the harms of pornography
    • Be able to commit to one webcam conference per week where we catch up on the week's progress (hence the need for UK men)
    • Be able to commit to one yearly meeting in person (hence the need for UK men)
    • Be advanced enough in their recovery that they have a decent streak behind them
    • Be willing to share internet histories (but not immediately before a relationship of trust can develop)
    • Be able to commit to regular email/WhatsApp exchanges
    • Be committed to developing healthy, sane sexuality and balance in their relationships
(Please no nonsense about doing NoFap to attract women)
    • Have already reached out to others for help in real life, e.g. family, friends. Or have already sought professional help.
    • Have a generally positive, can-do attitude when facing problems.
    • Love a challenge.
There seems to be a lot of time-wasters when it comes to Accountability Partners.
Those interested, leave me a message. I will not accept everyone, as smaller is better.
If I think you might be a good fit, then I'll message you and we can continue from there.

There's a reason I'm looking for "BRAVE MEN!" You need to be BRAVE to go against the norm, admit you have a problem and follow through on your commitment to change.

I look forward to hearing from you.

The problem is what you're asking waives a lot of anonymity. I'm here to sort myself out but I don't necessarily want to share so much personal info.

  4. Try putting a poster around uk town as well, more coverage :)
