I have been on SR for 2 years and 9 months now. I have a chance to have sex but it mort likely will be a ONS or FWB situation.

What do you all suggest? Will it be worth it? Will I lose all my benefits?
 
ONS probably not. FWB if you guys resonate well with. Having sex you are taking in the other one's energy, so you want to make sure you are getting a good energy, else it will mess you up.

Retain. Retain. Retain. So hopefully you have trained enough that you can retain/not ejaculate. If not, I wouldn't go there.
