Breaking free from pmo

Now am finally free from my long term effects of PMO. This is my day 87 and every little thing in my life is alright. PMO MADE ME EMMOTIONALY UNSTABLE. This for me was the worst among other negative effects since I could not control myself. Now, am confident than ever, focused, calm,patient,social and more musculine. My girlfriend had left me for my high levels of shyness and anxiety. Today, I hooked up with another beautifull girl on my way home. She was amaized with my confidence and elloquence.
